TT crests - 3rd place ranking for Bronze crest?

We received our rewards for the TT for finishing 2nd in our half, thus 3rd overall, but there was no Bronze crest included.

So how is 3rd place determined in the TT in order to qualify for the Bronze crest and thus be able to purchase Victoriana?

you didnt get a bronze crest because they arent given out in team tournament, only royal marks which can be used towards angels. The crests only come from solo cross server tournament and by placing in top 10.
