exp totem and dragon soul exp pack

can someone plese explain me how those work?
on angel exchnage is that lev 7 exp totem *1 that means wil get 7k exp or?
same for dragon soul exp pack(5000) are 5k exp and in what soul is goin g when use?

for soul exp , they dont belong the any element , so u can use anywhere u want

20k is 17 level if you start from level 1 totem purple.
