Domination tiebreakers? (revisited)

Thank you for the responses on my first post everyone! It was determined that the first strike loses in a tie in Domination, which makes complete sense to me. So, my next question would be if anyone knows how to keep from making the first strike in Domination when you know it's going to be a tie?

haha get less agility i guess :P .. remove boot before match

that wrong dunno how many times have this to be said on ties , allways defender win by default , only is dmg based on Tournaments or TA

If you read what I said, it says the defender wins, only in a different way.

As far as agility goes, I'm looking into that ty for the response
