Dark Abyss Chaos & Stun resistence

Ok... so it says that it gives you... 35% Chaos & Stun resistence, but in fact.. it gives you just 10%... is that right...? or it's another bug?

the % res is a reduction of that %.. eg if it has a 50% chance to stun u if u got 35% rez the net chance to get stunned becomes 32.5% cuz its 35% reduction of their % to stun.. this is y leo nm blessing is rather useless
