if you show me where i say that is should be traded 1:1 ratio in future events i'll step back from this conversation
so for you is fair to open that shop and let them spend that christmas candies now, but giving it option to trade for all in future events is unfair advantage?
everyone has leftovers from all passed events, or because they didnt see something that they will like to spend it on, or due limit in shops, or because that droped from gem/tarot after event is ended or just because they wasnt carefull enough
more unfair advantage is getting darics for free diamonds just because you live in country they have companies that offer that soulution

To me there is quite a difference between getting items from "free surveys" and getting unfair advantage from exchanging already obtained items from an event.

Ill give some examples maybe you willunderstand.

I have over 100 Super Lollipop i have been stuck with because of a lack of normal Lollipop's. They had little to no way of exchanging S. Lolli's except with an excess of normal lolli's. I did all math and used them as efficiently as possible to use the most Super to normal as I could on items I could actually use and still ended up with over 100 yet no more normal to do anything about. So I already have an item and nothing to do with.

Now you have your "free survey" item, something that almost everyone has an opportunity to get, but until you do it, YOU DONT HAVE IT.

So explain to me how an item you dont have yet can be compared to an item in your inventory serving no purpose due to them not giving enough options for super lolli's as they did normals?

On to your second comment, I dont think you understood fully what I explained so Ill give one more explanation and if you cant figure it out I wont try again for a lost cause.

A ton of people have already acquired items from past events. Before they would give exchanges in Hot Events for either items similar to what was in shops, chests or to downgrade/upgrade your item. Example from most recent event would be giving the option of Super Lolli to normal Lolli and vice versa. (So this has nothing to do with items acquired now or in the future try to remember this)

What I suggest is repeating the same thing as in the past. Put in a Hot Event that lets you exchange your ALREADY ACQUIRED event items for chests filled with resources. This way people can't abuse it for tycoons or anything point related, and it would let people use no longer necessary event items finally.

1. almost everyone isnt same as all, so if 300 players of 350 has chance to get free survey diamonds and get reward for it and rest of 50 not, that 50 will allways stayed behind, and that isnt their fault, giving darics for spend any diamond or even spend 10 diamonds will put all in same position because of last few events like precious or diamond roulete where was free diamonds given to all
2. i agree with you about trading acquired items for chests of resources or similar things like in shop, i think you missunderstund me totaly, not against it, but not all things from shop could be avaliable, and that will be if store be re-opened
beside iirc (when i started playing this game on about easter time last year) it was able to trade some eggs or hammers for crashing eggs or something for other event items (think angel keys , but not sure)

Dunno, I never saw an egg or hammer event from when i started that i remember, i know they had a few events where it was pretty much the same event just they changed the items and had an exchange for the new items from the old ones other than that I havent seen it but once i think.

I might have misunderstood a little, I thought you were against but seems we are in agreeance lol. I know not everyone is in the same situation as I am but there are those out there, just wish they would give us an opportunity to actually use all event items when they give them to use like they did for halloween. They opened a transfer for the big stuff to the little stuff then had a trade to get rid of excess, they shouldve done that after each holiday event and thered be no issues at all (besides of course your issue about the darics)
