Agility seems the most neglected stat? How much should have wrt HP?

There's 2 things with agility:
1) turns order between you and your opponent
2) turn order of your party heroes
You should at least set agility to have your heroes active in the order you want their skill to activateComment

are pdef+mdef gems really worth much with people using ignore def skills? It all really boils down to hoping you have the right setup for who your facing if they are similar strength to your team.Comment

technically you would want your buffers (DM, LE, Nereida) to have highest agility for that stats boost to increase survivability and damage. Of course for the rage if you don't use set bonus and rage emblems.
it matters at end game where things just gets 1-2hit. whoever 1-2hit kill first = biggest advantage.Comment
