    Accedently purchesed wrong Soul,

    I meant to buy the Celestial Hunter Soul, but didn't notice I had clicked on the Floe Hunter Soul.
    Now I have a Floe Hunter Mount and an Extra Soul, I sent in a Ticket explaining What happened to try and get help..

    well being I messed up and got the wrong Soul there is nothing they can do, I'm out 4999 Diamonds and stuck with a soul I cant use..

    My Feedback and Suggestion with all this, maybe treat your paying Players a little Nicer, and your Free Players a lot Nicer, I don't see any Free players wanting to become Paying Players if this is how you treat them..

    What's really funny is this isn't the first time I bought a Soul by accident, i'll explain back when they had the Halloween event and you could get the Celestial King I screwed up thinking they had the Evolution in both the Hot Event's and in the event Shop, so I bought the "evo" in the Hot events for 600 Diamonds, not reliseing till after that it King Alabaster, I Sent in a Ticket and they refunded my 600 Diamonds, that was before I started spending much on this game. this month alone I've recharged 15000.

    they had no prob with helping me get back my 600 Diamonds but when it comes to 4999, "it's Oh well, we've got your money, we don't care.."

        Normally that is a player mistake, and the diamonds can't be refunded ( but this depends on each GM response, some will, some don't. )
        It's a player's mistake and your money, you should be the one who need to look 10000 times before buying/going somewhere, because if you do something wrong, we aren't responsible for it.
        From what I see on your response, he passed it, so just have patience and wait for an answer.
        Next time, please read/be more careful, especially seeing this is the #2 time it happened.

          the think that popped up said this is for purchasing not trading/swapping. the person the replied to my ticket said there was nothing they could do, I even waited till I got a reply before collecting any rewards spending the 4999 D's got me.

            I did have more D's I Bought the soul Yesterday, last night I used 100 in Tidal Pool and 999 to get the Sapphire in the ray of glory event, I know I had over 7000 when I went to buy the soul, I think I confused the 4999 price for the Celestial Hunter, I've been wanting to get the Evo for awhile now and excitement just took over. I would have been 1000 D's short for the Right soul but it would have told me that and I would have recharged however much more I needed.

              well .. iam speechless same mistake 2 times .. but when u click buy i remember there is a small window asking u sure of buying this for ammount? .. or something like that .. then again I want my 48534895 blessed back cause i ddint notice it was emerging resources for elementals .. i taught they were for blessed .. how does this sound? .. its okay u lost money but hey 1 time everyone can understand such human error but doingit several times .. if i woulda be u i woulda only file a ticket not letting every1 know how i failed 2nd time .. iam sorry for you and not .. sorry no hard feelings

                I did file a ticket asking if I could trade for a diff Soul, at first they said there was nothing they could do.

                another R2 Support person said they could help me exchange the soul but I couldn't get my Diamonds back, witch is fine with me. this 2nd person was a lot more helpful.

                I Recharged more Diamonds and I'm trying to see if I can trade for the Celestial Hunter using the extra 4000 D's I now have..

                  We've all done this ...... You upgrade your hero's gear then find out it's too low a level to wear it.
                  This is usually done around your first Conquest or Ruin outfit.
                  I'd done it once and several heroes later I thought I had a handle on it.
                  I got my Arcane Spirit to level 70 then threw its Ruin gear on then did its 2nd rebirth.
                  Timeskipped it back to level 67 then noticed I'd put the wrong armor on.
                  It was wearing +52 unrefined instead of the +70 fully refined and, tired as I was, I just removed it.
                  Now it's wearing Peerless for 3 levels

                  My suggestion in all this is this:-
                  RAISE THE CAP FOR TIMESKIP IN GOLD SHOP FROM 2 TO 2000
                  and
                  GIVE US AN AUCTION HOUSE TO SELL OUR EXTRA SHARDS AND EVERYTHING
                  I have a few extra souls and even a couple of angels

                    I got Help, they Traded me 4999 worth of stuff in the shop, I did Recharge an extra 4999 so I could get the Celestial Hunter Soul.

                    I'm great full for what I got, at least I'm not just out 4999 for noting, the person that helped me did a good job.

                      Auction House Idea is much needed for things we have extra but cannot otherwise sell.
