Dragons Evo isnt working the way it was described in skill. Its adds totaly that %dmg in 3 stacks, not 3x that %damage.

Lol, that depends on what you need - more ATK, dodge, hit, dmg reduction, etc. Also what build you have and who you are going against. Most common best is considered the Smoldering steed, but still that depends on too many factors.
