Server can not connect

what is up with S230 being down and loosing connection all the time I am loosing cash money of this! I lost the S and 110 in diamonds on this last one and then it goes down again??!!!! everything you try to do anything it goes to a white screen and you loose everything. its started me over on the time collect 5 or 6 times now. Is it just this server or what is going on
