    It time to take a break from developing new games and launching new platforms. You've had some great success, but you are forgetting the basics: Take care of the customers you have before you worry about getting more. That you have to keep issuing Compensation is an admission that you're not doing your job properly; furthermore, there have been known issues with Twilight Clash and Cross Server for 12 months now. It is time to FIX THE DAMN PROBLEMS already. Also, quit rigging events and the quest rewards for loop quest. In loop quests, there are four cards to click on, yet there is a 90 percent chance we will only get gold. In the Lucky Tree Event, I bought 10 extra Blessings, nine of them gave the minimum possible reward of 10 coins, the tenth gave 15 coins. We are not stupid; we know a scam when we see one.

    In the world of marketing, the rule is that for every upset customer you have, that customer will tell 11 people about their experience. For every happy customer you have, they will tell three people. Do the math. Fix the problems, no more excuses, no more delays.
