Factions and timezone

Hey guys,

I wonder if the factions are separated by time zones first or not.

Anyways i wonder where the top 50 will join.

How the faction vs faction will look like? 200 vs 200? If the top 5 join into the same faction it would be troublesome...

Anyways im curious

i assume fraction chat is only for the divine war in battles and i assume like CS u sign up and enter except there is some semblance of BR matching
