Guild Leader, Deputy and Official Only Chat

I think we need a way for the Guild Leader, Deputy Leaders and Officials to chat about things regarding to the guild, the members, etc. A lot may not see a purpose in this, however, if you want to discuss a promotion or something else that takes all that are promoted, it is better than to private message back and forth and relay messages.

I like this idea actually, Guild members often give opinions on some stuff without it being an official statement yet such as who to support during events or who should take this part etc. so to avoid too much arguing i think this is a great addition to the guild chat system.

i now recant this previous statement... we have way too many chats now
