does the chinese version have all these new events

I was just wondering if the other version of the game has these events or is gtarcade and r2 making a special events up ?? cause there is so many bugs in this game now its almost un playable I figured if the other Chinese version had already tested shouldn't it already be working here ?

Divine War and CS City are both on Chinese servers, yes, but CS City only came out fairly recently.

been wondering cause its so buggy every day something is broken PM are still broke on 229 and a lot of players cant do there zodiac or blitz
