You gain points on Nirvana when everyone from your servers gathers/gets :
- Dumpling => Gives 1 point on Nirvana and 1 point on your Personal Points.
- Spring Roll => Gives 2 points on Nirvana and 2 points on your Personal Points.

Nobody can say yes or no.
We will have to wait for the 2nd Halloween event ( where it all started ) to see if the event items will be the same or not.
For now, the answer is unknown.
