Bracketing for TC

I am hoping someone can explain this to me . The last 4 TC's on Server 237 my Guild has been on the bottom half of the left bracket and in the semi's has faced a Guild that has 16 of the top 20 BR's on our server . The right side of the Bracket has the number Guild Level wise and has No Showed for each TC and ends up getting Runner Up or 2nd Place . Are the Brackets set based upon Guild level or if not how . I don't mind losing to the bigger guys we always lose to in the semi's but why should a team that No Shows for each round get the 2nd Place rewards ?

the bracketing should b on guild lvl,flag lvl and guild total BR perhaps they have huge flag lvl or total BR if guild lvl is lower
