Moderator Gurothos need a pay rise

I really hope you know how hard this Moderator i working for you.
I know it's a Chinese New Year Holiday, but this moderator is really trying to help alot of people, in this holiday...
As you or some of you know by now, alot of servers are really messed up right now.
And Gurothos is working really hard to let alot of people that, dont read the forum and just post about there problems.
There is alot of post about the BUGs on the East and some oceanic servers, and I think Moderator Gurothos posted in all of them, or in all of the sample checks i did.

I really hope you appreciate all of the work Moderator Gurothos have done the last days.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion, i disagree with you though. most people need to understand what forum mods can do and its not perform miracles and get things fixed with a snap of their fingers. They can get the information from players on problems and try to help fix if its something easily fixed or pass information on with a possiblity of getting an answer to respond back to us with. They are not the devs, they cannot grant anyones wish for compensation, they cannot change programming of games, they are players in the game that somehow have more patience than i can ever imagine to deal with the issues of other players in the game. Players get irritated when every other post by them asks for screenshot, or more information but that is what they need to be able to do anything. Like the posts that appear where someone says there is a bug in server 999 and thats all they say. Or the posts that are made 20 times a day, every day since the zodiak/loop database error has started. If you have the issue and you see the moderator say to someone else to submit a ticket and then if not fixed after 24 hrs reply with ticket number, why do they need to repeat that 5 times in the same thread to everyone who adds that they have the same issue. Yes, not everyone likes the responses the moderators give, but thats all they can do until they get an answer to who they report things to. And its been known that the devs are on holidays, so this past week has been even worse but again, forum moderators cant do anything but respond that they will report the issue and to have patience. At least they respond and you know your concern/issue has been noticed. I would not want to be a forum moderator cause i certainly wouldnt have the patience or ability to be polite after some of the threads you read in this forum. I think the ones we have do a pretty good job and deserve a long vacation from forums after these holiday weeks.
