how to get gems fused with dodge? only events?

Pretty much. Use to have them in Tarot but they took them out, plus it's shutdown. They have them in the angel chests sometimes...where you recharge a certain amount and over a couple days you get your diamonds returned then some, and extra stuff. HoC also but unless you heavy cash you wont be getting those from there. If you get a Ptk/Mtk fused with hit you can exchange it for the dodge one I think. -
Havent seen these outside of HoC for a long time. They used to give them out as top ranking prizes for local server events >.>

every tycoon u get L9 fused gem for 120k total pts past 3 giv hit/dodge gems this tyc u got hoc end and craft during with the standard djinni kinda hard to not hit 120k this tycComment
