Have you ever played a game with more bugs?

very long not existed online game, which should have so much money, and provided that there are countless bugs. I spent a lot of time if I wanted to naborjim all bugs in the game, so that it will not work now. Your support is one of the worst that I've had the opportunity to contact & moderators are never when needed. likely now to wipe the post and be banned me from the forum. I would like to know if there are more players who are outraged at the game?

Not really. They are trying their best you know. But they cant spend all their tim e on theforums llooking for bugs. they have a limited workforce. and also, since i dont pay, i expect bugs. There are bugs in all games.

So..just because you don't pay there should be bugs? Other people pay...and their payments keep the free game you are playing free. Also...it isn't the devs who spend time on forums...they get reports through forums and support. They don't have to go look for bugs...they are reported to them and I would expect should be fixed immediately. Seems they are too busy coming up with fabulous stories to cover their butts instead of focusing on the game...that's the real story.

A lot of players pay hundreds and thousands, even 10 thousands dollars to play this game. And they deserved better Services as well as Bugs free gaming experience.

If you buy something from a store (say a few hundreds dollar) and found out that it is faulty and when you ask the store to Replace or Repair it, they delayed or didnt fix it. Will you be happy by this kind of services you paid for?

If you are a free player, And havent play this game for months (Let me remind you again, you are only level 65+, you havent played long enough to make some comments) , I dont think you have the Rights to comment in this post at all.

Joind date Jan 2015. Not even out of dipers yet game wise, comenting on this isue. Perhaps u should listen what older players have to say about this.
Number of bugs incrises with every new thing added in game, old stuf doesnt get fixed, even if they know whats wrong with it, so ul have to cash more to compansate. Thats all there is to it.

Dude. Ive played on multiple platforms. Been on kabam since September last year... Gtarcade and r2 are a bit newer once i found out that angel alliance was league of angels.... And also, they cant do everything perfect. If they are trying to fix bugs, ty. If not , show me proof and ill stop defending them. anyone has evidence they arent atempting to fix bugs?

You seem to have missed the point some people pay for this, they expect and are entitled to much better service than this. Vip subscription alone is worth a bug free environment, that once a bug is reported should be acted on immediately. Without having to post 5000 screenshots from 300 users to stall on time.

And yes I have proof just recently dozens of servers were effectively down due to timeouts on every event, 6 days to fix it and guess what, they happened to fix it first day back after national holiday. When you are taking money off players your support had better be 7 days a week. To leave the game unplayable for this length of time and through a tycoon event with no compensation is frankly unforgivable. In a massive online game which is free to play for example Lotro you wouldn't get away with this I'm surprised here they do.

There is a gap in the market it seems for someone to occupy that offers a browser game with good support, they will will come along and r2/gta will pay the price for the way they treat customers.

And a thumb up for everyone except Drakethefirst, ya have yet do discover the multitude of bugs that are stationed for months, some even from the begining of the game, before you can actually say they even try to fix them. If I would be a heavy casher I would sue the GTA devs. cheers
