About HoC Jokers (L)

Is it starting from now on, there's only Joker (S) in recruiting various heroes crest shard permanently, but not S? Would be much appreciated if I could get a reply from GameMaster, thanks!

it is just a mini-HoC this time around that is why u can't find Joker L both in Master of Poker and in ranking, if that is what u mean... but recruiting OP heroes still requires those L Jokers, that is for sure...
