There is no set schedule for events. However, the next event is likely CS tycoon. Please check the forums for the latest update on future events.

I want to know if i use my hoc cards or not that's why. i wanna see rewards and so. i guess i want to much for now , eh ?

if your on a non oceanic server you can check what events will come by going on a Oceanic server to check on their events the day before HOC ends since they are 12hours or more ahead of other timezone servers. Besides that no way of knowing too far ahead.
