Bring flashy exchange back?

My guild mate lost her first rank in HoC just before reset. As a result, she only got 1 Joker L instead of 2, therefore she couldn't buy anything with the flashy jokers and aces that she got.

Please consider this situation and at least bring Flashy exchange back.

I think she better Screen shot every details down and send a ticket to R2 support for compensation.

Dev need to be inform of this situation so that in future, such thing will not happen again.

Competition for ranking in the last hour before reset is common and rank 2-3 should not be punish in this instances.

I thought cards from HOC do not go u can build them up through the year or so as long as u play or do just the flash cards expire?

normal cards stays, but flashy cards (like 7-s, aces or jokers), dont mess them with noemal non-flashy cards that also stay , resets after event is ended
that is new feature in last 2 HoC

Just avoid buying anything that needs flashys, problem solved. I haven't touched hoc (other than free) since they added that flashy.

i wish i can trade my flashies for something else than vouchers and r7 chests, just finds out that for 80k+ points i will be short ,or 1 S joker or 2 ace of spades
