The highest BR angel (Less deploy angel) should be your Main Char GA.

Go to Party/GA, move your mouse over your main char, you will see Hero stats boost. Use different angels to try it out and see the differences. Finally use the one that you think it is the best to be your GA for main char, it should be your highest BR angel (Less the deploy angel)

Repeat the above process for your other heroes.

Actually, if you don't have a 100% hit angel to deploy, main angel is mostly dodged, so no need for it to be the strongest one. Strongest might be main's GA.

That is exactly what i meant, Less deploy angel, the highest BR/strongest to be your main GA. Deployed angel may not be your strongest regardless if it is dodge or 100% hit. Just to clarify in case my statement is unclear, and Osobena is right to correct my unclear statement.

Personally I think that Demeter is good main angel, for dodgers especially, because of her special skill to lower hit. For GAs Polly and Fortuna are very good.

Sorry, Norman, have misunderstood, thought you are saying GAs should have less BR than main.
