is it possible that royal's mark can be change into other req. sample like divine right hugin's power or something? cause royal's mark hard to obtain only to those monster player now can have it in Tournament and Team Tournament no chance to those player can't be match on them.. as of now there is a new rare item again and more powerfull.. so pls is there any possible to change it...

I agree with this suggestion, but judging from the value of Royals Mark if for example they change it to Hugins power instead of Royals mark it may cost like 500-700 Hugins or probably even more, cause that would probably be the only way to compensate to how valuable Royals Mark is. -
Royal Marks should remain in game, they need to change the requirement for upgrading equipment. Make it like the new gear, I don't mind paying tons of divine rights for an Odin's Blade and etc.
