Is this guy legit? It would be comforting if you guys try examining his and his servers accounts just in case, he could be just another heavy casher but you'll never know.

Assume it's just another seed account and forget top 10-20 cs tycoon . Why do you think they patched it to where we can't see others' inventories anymore and their 999 excelsior marks? Sure they probably deleted the ones they got caught red-handed with doesn't mean they can't make more.
