Gear Upgrade !
can i upgrade that new gear, for example Hecate's Sword, agamemnon;s Boots and other items for better one?

You can upgrade Hecate's Sword ( Tier 1 ) to Zeus Sword ( Tier 2 ).
Can see it in the Synthesize => Upgrade Equipment.
The same can be done to heroic imperial items on Tier 1 ( Imperial indun's ring upgraded to => Adv. Imperial Tyr's ring ).

Mostly there in those 'server level' events as well as far as I can remember. (At least hugins power was very cheap there).Comment
