Awaken skills seem to be giving different description on skills

in Skill shop it says:

which is also the same for other skills:


So, which is it?

isn't it the same in the end, just one has more words then the other? lol

the books are the skills from the actual heroes who uses them notice top one says PATK but they edited the skills for awakening to register highest of patk or matk
