Is there any means of obtaining the so called "tycoon certificates"? I see a swapping tab for it in the Hot Events, though I don't see anything like the certificate.

If got chacne to get them its good to get, save up untill something you want shows up in exchange, sometimes it may be snow queen, some times fire queen, or anyother goodie.
