Munin's Power

I finally have enough Royal marks to upgrade my gear and now I need to get Munins power somewhere but not sure where. I can't find it anywhere besides Tarot shop.. Does anyone know is there some event where I can get it becouse I can't remember any right now.. Thank you

as i know, only in tarot shop in daily basis, beside it it was on special events shops, like mothers day, spring celebration etc

Only in Tarot shop. And event where u have Treasure hunt, with maps...
