Dragon Smash for Dragon Empress

My Dragon Empress appears to be using some skill at the start of battle called Dragon Smash. I can't find a description of what it is or what it is supposed to do anywhere .... can anyone help me out?

Its a buff with low % immunity to stun.

ES, dragon emp , herc and the new ES 3rd evo all gain this buff which as kpg said givs a small % (higher evo more %) to resist stun/chaos.. if read the skill description u says wat the % is

Thanks to you both. I will check the description more carefully, I do remember seeing something about certain heros being "optimized" and I guess this was it.
