Why don't you provide the certificate card in tycoon reward from previous event?

I have 4 certificate card

I can't use it

I have the same 4 certificates card and cant use them to get Fire Queen now also they put exchange for silver dragon with certificate and there is no certificate in tycoon rewards.
I sent them a ticket and the reply they will report it to developer same last time nothing happened.
