  • Valentina Compensation for R2 players!!!

    Since there is no response for posting in bugs/support section, I will post this here again.

    Don't even think you can ignore this issue, coz if the DEV agreed compensation, you better get off your comfortable butts and act quickly
    (no more lame excuses like "R2 is not the dev, we will forward this request to GTArcade for their response").
    Dont just sit there, do nothing, but collect our payments as service provider!

    Also, since HOC is running at the moment it is better to resolve this now should compensation be settled thru hoc cards.

    Hi Mod,

    I happen to stumble upon a forum post saying that GTarcade will be compensation players who had bought Valentina before the skill (nerf/fix),
    and is unhappy as a result of the skill change.

    I am one such player who bought Valentina JUST before her skills got "fixed/nerfed",
    hence wasted a lot of valuable HOC cards, and end up with a subpar Celestial hero - which I am totally unhappy with.

    Please advice if R2 players will also be compensated the SAME MANNER as GTarcade players,
    and inform me of the procedure to be entitled the refund/compensation for Valentina.

    Like many of the players who bought Valentina, the skill change has made her useless, and worse still I cant even inherit her stats to another hero.

    Since the nerf affect Valentina AND Cedric, it would be fair to compensate players who own Cedric as well; and I happen to own BOTH Valentina and Cedric.

    I would expect R2 to treat customers in a fair manner as GTArcade did by promising these compensation.

    Kindly reply me of what is the procedure to submit a request for fair compensation/refund,
    AND also a means to inherit Valentina's stat to another ruby hero BEFORE proceeding with her refund.

    If R2 is unable to provide a fair compensation like GTArcade, i see no reason to continue playing in R2 platform for LOA.

          Lmao compensation from r2, I was locked out the game for over a week thanks to r2s web page update, as all loa players know 1 week out the game is a big knock back on br and level, not to mention the loss of event and daily rewards, though im thankful to get my char back no compensation has been offered for the loss or the cash spent to keep up in the ranks , as a result i will not spend any thing more on this game if this is the way you treat loyal customers, gtarcade seem to have their act together when it comes to customer care where as r2 well im still laughing and shocked this is the way you treat people.this will result in people just leaving you`r games and giving you a bad reputation

            So the leader of our guild, also my real life and in game husband, was unable to log in to game with new login system x 8 days. Everyday spent time trying to find info on what was happening with this issue, with again no info or poor, limited info from R2. Posted his problem in a ticket to R2 with no reply for 2 days and then R2 replied to ask for the same information that he had already given. After several more requests from R2 for the same information, which was given by said husband, as requested each time it was requested (grudgingly I might add as patience is not his forte and really why keep asking for the same information over and over again, except if you really don't have a clue what you are doing, so say so, at least be honest if you can't be effective R2) Anyway, finally got his account back, how by resetting his password which was suggested by my husband, myself and all kinds of other posters having similar issues with the new login system. So fine, now what about compensation, for the login rewards missed, vip, hot events, dailies, so where is the compensation R2. Come on you took a system ie: login that was working fine and broke it and everybody is supposed to just be okay with your horrendous mistake. Need to get busy and compensate all these players. It affected all of us. I like the game but the lag the bugs and the total lack of support or concern for your client base is really annoying and there are many people leaving the game, many more to follow if you don't get your act together R2.

                Players who purchased Valentina Prior the the Skill Change are Urged to submit a ticket via the ticket system.

                This will then be forwarded to Dev's for comp.

                Also Players that reached 240k Tycoon points before the time required, Please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the your total points with in game date / time (located on the tycoon window)

                  i submited a ticket for this issue yesterday.

                  there is not ticket number, but was told reply will be followed up via email.

                  until now there is no reply nor acknowledgement of the filed ticket, which make me wonder if the ticket system is working ?

                    I stand with you waiting for answers. GT Arcade has already been comp'ed for the Valentina nerf. I would like the cards back which were used to get Valentina so I can get a hero who will do what his/her skill says it will do. GT has acknowledged this wrongdoing so I hope R2 will follow, I have filled out a ticket, once again asked for a screenshot, sent that screenshot now NOTHING. Please help us out for fairplay. Thanks

                      I got reply via. r2 Alisa today.

                      She stated that my case had been verified, and they will do a manual compensation of dia or hoc cards within 3 days.

                      Although there is no indication of quantity, I just hope its justifiable enough and on par with GTA players.

                      I will wait for 3 days as stated.

                          Please keep us posted on your your compensation issue is resolved. I'll submit a ticket if it is fair, otherwise it won't be worth the hassle. I used and bought a bunch of cards and gave up on reaching Master of Poker 80k points (only had 60K) to get her. I would have waited to save up for 80k MoP points otherwise, now Valentina is just like all the other 50 rage attack 2 opponent heros.

                            Its nice that they at least acknowledged you. They still have not even replied to my second reply. The compensation you got must be a joke. The two hero's who were nerfed are the two no one wants so why belittle us with that nonsense. Please R2 get it together.

                              Here are screenies to proof the ridiculousness.

                              I have no time for jokes regarding this issue.

                              Please explain the logic of another Valentina crest as "compensation".
