why is it that gtarcade players get diamonds and hoc cards back while we get screwed further with another val crest and no further reply?

So Monday is past, is there any update. I got Valentina for the buff, if I knew it would be removed I would have gotten Yasi Delany instead. But how will compensation work? It's not just about getting diamonds or HOC cards that were used to get Valentina, we also need to be able to inherit training and upgrade to new hero. Right now I am stuck with a hero I don't want, but have to keep because she is a gold hero and can't be inherited to a red hero if I get Yasi during this house of cards.

We need response from R2 for how they will resolve this situation.

Dear Mod,

I had just received an email for compensation.

I used hoc cards to get Valentina just prior to her skill nerf - cost 3xJoker L / 5x Joker S and a bunch of aces.

However, the compensation i got was 2k Diamonds.

Shouldnt compensation be HOC cards back in the case of me getting Val Crest from HOC and not via. Review?

I too received 2k diamonds. They even let me keep Valentina!!! Take her back and send me the cards I used to get her please. 2k is an insult.

Dear Mod,

We need an update from R2 about this issue. The 2K diamonds are not any good for those of us who got Valentina through HOC. We need the cards we used to get Valentina returned AND the ability to inherit Valentina to a red hero. Right now I feel like not only did I waste HOC cards, but I also threw away tons of training/upgrade/rune/element resources because Valentina is a gold hero, who after she was weakened shouldn't even be a gold hero. We are still waiting to here that R2 is going to make things right, like GTA did for their players.
