I was wondering how to get the boss to pop in the zones every time I enter only basic common advanced and elite up also when is the 99% time for atk and hp

probably your lovely server companions beat the red bosses before you entered. There is no way to get bosses when you enter. If you enter and there are none, come back later or beat the foes on the spawn locations for the boss (depends on the area).

Yea, boss respawn liek 12h after its death.. So need to alteast see the announcement or be luck to see one during day.
