Easiest way to get lvl 12 Cherub Stones?

Hi everyone!

Question: what's the easiest (and by easiest I mean fastest and/or cheapest <- non casher here, VIP only) way to obtain a lvl 12 Cherub Stone? I'm quite competitive on my server but I'm at the point where basically everyone is getting those stones and... I just miss them! My main character is stuck with a lvl 9 one, the others with lvl 8 or 7. Either I don't have enough resources or I don't know where to look for. Any advice?

Well it 50 /50 If tycoon give out cherub often faster could be from tycoons and synth. But Also can get from capsule toy if save up enough to meet requirments So can get tickets by achievments/ and combos .

I been 2 years and just finally made my 2nd lvl 11 one... if I had to say fastest (without cashing) is a year waiting to nuke a tycoon (with all the dias and enhancing ore you got, if done properly you could get 200k score in a single day and 50k each after) but there is also beach event which gives lvl 8s and a few other events that you can use to build up some decent mid/high ones. or do what I been doing on and off and spend dragon (drawing a blank on the rest of name) that is used in arena shop and buy lvl 1/2 (takes tens of thousands but every little bit helps)
