How do I get more Angel Artifact Skills

I can only get three skills as shown in pic I don't know how to get the 4th - I can only purchase the same three skills in the shop.
How do I get more skills such as Shield of Discord, Heaven's Melody etc

Special events will offer different artifacts. For example tree shop will offer shield of discord and heavens melody. Also, currently exchanging 7 dew drops will reward you with chest of flames artifact in Hotevents.

Id wait for the special events where it involves the server lvl, and individual. Like there were, pirate carnival, mothers day, christmass, haloween, st patricks events. There you can get heaven melody, shield of discord, angel neclace, galaxy ring, and few others, for rather cheap price .
