I'm pretty sure angels that were given for "recharge any amount" still have same requirements as they had + spend 100 diamonds (Amora was such an angel, for example, as was Seraphim). Isolde was never given out in such a deal, and every angel that was NEVER given for any amount of diamonds recharged has been 299+ diamonds since GTA changed their policy due to their players complaining about R2 players having an edge over them.S210 Fiery Citadel

I basically dont want to recharge for Isolde and any other stuff because R2 say on web page that: Price:$ 4.99 for 500 diamonds but when you go to payment option it cost 6.04$ or 7.10€ because of double comission.
Its a shamefull scam. If something cost 6.04$ you cant advertise it as it would cost only 4,99$ because it isnt true. Either R2 increase the amount of diamonds received for 7.10€ price or go find better companys for payment options.

That is indeed correct. And EU countries don't pay higher fees. FB platform has the 299 recharge option, that can be only changed by the devs, which I doubt they will.
Why would those who can recharge 299, would recharge 500 instead ? ( yes, all other platforms have 500 min recharge, but still, not gonna happen. )
