When players logged into server after server-merge, the HoC Event Icon was missing. The event started before the merge, so people had time to use saved cards and diamonds to open HoC chests. We assumed the event would reappear on the server in a few hours, but it never did. Our flashy cards were removed from our inventories for some unknown reason. We could have at least exchanged those cards in the hot events.
A message from the system came telling us not to worry because "someone" is going to make sure we get the prizes that "we deserve". How can that be done? How could anyone know what I was planning to do in the event? There is no way to know who would have qualified. I am astounded at the lack of information on this matter. Since many of us are in Xserver Alliances, we are now at a disadvantage compared to players from servers who were able to complete HoC. I would really appreciate an update on this matter. Thank you.
