Varda Awakening Stone

Where can i get the varda awakening stone, don't tell me it doesn't exist yet because the person i fought at CS CoM already have purple varda, when i checked his character i confirmed that his varda awakened already.
I am just wondering if i missed an event that gives varda stones as prize, if i am not mistaken i didn't see any varda stone from previous events, so how can someone get those varda stones, can anyone tell me where to get it?
