so are they going to fix raiders at all? still won't auto synth what shards i have and i have hundreds. even though she checks for available shards to synth. i simply don't have the time to sit here and do it all manually.

Remember that if they bring back the old helper, you have to wait 1 minute for every dungeon that's part of your loop quest (it's a pain to have to wait 2 1/2 hours for loop quest to finish because of that). The only thing helper is good for is loop quest, tidal pool, and gemology. Everything else except arena you can open and 1-click finish.
