Are all your main quests done? Maybe you don't have the dungeon it needs to blitz....

i wish they would restore its functions of collecting and synthing in raiders as well as watering and collecting the lover's oak in garden and harvesting and planting in garden as well.
Those functions were really useful and now that they're gone my raiders is piling up because i can't collect them every 15 minutes.
