i see other people using this but i dont seem to know how to put on a hero, what are the stats needed

You need to participate in alliance expedition and have the quest. Should be level 70 plus. Once you obtain the crest you may unlock it and place a hero to gain the stats from sylph. Goodluck.

Once the update was made and the 2 new features were added, players should have had the quest already.
Kill a enemy in Ally expedition, receive Ocean Spirit badge, summon it from the Sylph hall, then choose a hero you'd like to put it on.

If you have the badge, you go to City Features => Sylph Hall => Summon Ocean Spirit => Click on Train => Then click on the " + ", add the hero you want the sylph to be, and train it using Purgatory Souls.Originally posted by KAS-1 View Post

so how long should we expect to wait if we never got said quest? Also does everyone need to report it individually or will there be a mass update that will give it to us?Comment

The quest is simple. just defeat one in ally expedition. than visit Kathia in Flamesburg. She´s on right side you have to go a stair up. She´ll give you the ocean spirit shard.Comment
