What level does a guild need to be to open purgatory gauntlet?

If I remember right, no level, just need to clear it by order ( lowest => highest ).
If I am wrong, someone correct me.

Gauntlet requires guild level 2 to open, there is no requirement as to which difficulty level you can start on Hell at Guild level 2 if you wish.Comment
