Exactly at 21 pm, according to the European server, LoA server are simply closed, with the inability of entering the game. I checked the other sites, even gtarcade simple page of the site is blocked. Whether it comes to an "unannounced" repair in the game or something else remains to be seen.

i use the loa client to log in and it will let me log into my account but wont let me click on any servers...just gives the reference code and that's all funny how you put the code into google and it says it's not recognized lol
