    s253 bugs and huge lag

    Ok gt -r2 you need to get your act together people are leaving in droves because you are not listening to them, the time is wrong on our server resulting in people losing out on hot events by not realising the reset time 21.23pm is not reset,synthing has become a real pain to do take up to 5 mins for any thing to synth thats if it does not freeze (same prob with opening char menue ) the browser and crash people, still lag every where cs and twilight is so bad we dont bother doing it any more. So when are these issue going to get sorted or are you going to wait till no one is left playing your games, i have passed these concerns to some popular gaming mags hope fully a review of you platforms will printed soon letting people now how badly ran your games really are ( profit before customer satisfaction ) and how you dont listen to your customers

    Bugs are being reported the moment they appear.
    R2 is just a publisher of the game, GTArcade are the devs.
    Everything gets reported to them and they fix it, if a bug is on R2 servers for months, nothing R2 can do about it but push devs to fix it and taking the blame for the bugs instead of dev's place.

      Thanks for the reply Gurothos but these issues have been on going for months now and are getting worse on our server s253 most have given up on loa as it just takes to long to do stuff thanks to all the lag. i know it is not my pc as i play other games that demand more from my pc. so i know it is the server. my concern is that if this is left un fixed then the server will eventually die as no one wants to spend all day trying to do stuff due to this issue i used to pay to play i wont now while all these issues are on going same as many on my server. another annoying thing is the web page update that locked a lot out of the game my self included for a week i had payed a lot to keep ahead in the game like many here but i was never and still have not been compensated for the loss that has set me back in rank by losing out on events and dailys from that issue. in short it is un fair to paying customers to not be compensated for this loss even after putting in a ton of tickets about it with no reply at all
