    Recharged 1000 diamonds and no collecting

    Please, Admins, help me.

    I've just recharged my account and can't get the first recharge reward with diamonds, can't collect it.

    Pritty much I have 1000 diamonds, but no first recharge bonus

    PLEASE, help.
    I was going to put some more money in the game, but now I'm not so sure.

    Please help me get my bonus, and get my trust back, so I can use more diamonds in future.


    So please help me.

      I did. The admin in the server told me how. I hope the problem will be resolved. Now I need to wait for them to see the print screen and the payment number and... do something to help me.

      I just checked my e-mail, they send e-mail and will solve the issue. I'm very happy they acted fast and now I will wait to receive the bonus.

      Edited: I received the diamonds, thru game mail. It took ruffly 1 week around 7 days.
