angel inherit

Hello, i was just thinking as i know when you inherit a angel they lose all the evolution progress, i was thinking that could you either refund those lost serpah stones or at least switch over the evolution progress to the new angel

Why to refund the seraphs, or switch the rarity lvl, when the person did the angel inherit consciously about what would happen? (I guess?)
