You'll open them all, and use the corns (soft, hard and ripe) on Thanksgiving Harvest... and spend the turkeys on the event's store.

The chests can be opened, but they also say they can "be collected and used to exchange for great Thanksgiving Box rewards..."

There was an exchange with crumbly + turkey boxes versus Grace boxes. This event has ended now.
I keep them until the last day of the Thanksgiving event, maybe tha event will pop again. If it doen't pop, i will open all the chests the last day, for corns and maybe turkeys, as Gabby Sasaki said.
