Grace skill: "Deals Magic Damage (160% ATK + 500) to all enemies, and decreases targets' DEF by 10% with a 100% chance of hitting, lasts 2 turns."
Does this mean that (1)she will hit with 100% chance or (2)all my party will hit with 100% chance next 2 turns?
1 or 2 ?

Everytime Grace attack she will deal dmg to all enemyes, ignoreing dodge however the dmg will depend on other stats other team have like resistances and so'on ..
