    Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooooo,

    I am facing repetitive issue with purchased diamonds delivery. It takes too long and sometimes I missed the event rewards
    Yesturday example of loosing 10k rewards towards recharge of 10k. I send ticket and replied will send you... I got nothing.
    Today i recharged again and still got nothing not even purchased diaz... I send 2 tickets but no confirmation mails in my inbox other than payment was successful...

    What is going on LOA ??????????????

    Should we quit the game ?????

    More than 12Hrs and no reply.... and the issue keep repeating......... anyone can fix this issue.... No idea who can fix this issue for ever....
    or it just eating people money....

      Problems with purchase are to be reported with ticket to Billing. Only they can help. http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=issue&id=72
