Never received mount soul

I bought the Royal unicorn soul from the lucky tree event but never received and can't find it in the glamors. What do I do??

Do you already have moonlight unicorn? Moonlight unicorn is a evolved form of Royal unicorn.

No I don't have that. It simply lagged a bit so I exited and when I came back I didn't have the soul and didn't have the 250 lucky tree tokens.
